What We Offer

Basic 3D scan of single product with a meshed STL generated. This would be used for Rapid Prototyping or Quick Simple parts that do not require a high level a detail

3D Scan of single part including some minor edits, hole filling, simple smoothing, and higher accuracy scan to produce an STL file.

3D Scanning of single part, file to be converted to a STEP format and include STL file.

We meet and discuss a project that might include multiple parts or multiple scans because of size and complexity of the parts.
Our Process
Request a Quote & Send Photos
The process starts with a conversation. Send us a few photos of your object along with its rough dimensions and what you plan to do with the file (e.g., 3D printing, CNC machining, or quality inspection). We’ll provide a clear, upfront quote and a timeline.
Ship or Drop Off Your Part
Once you’re ready to move forward, send your part to our lab. We handle everything with care, from small, delicate vintage components to heavy industrial parts. For local clients, we can also arrange a scheduled drop-off at our Port Huron location.
Onsite scanning can be scheduled if required.
Precision Scanning & Processing
We use our MetroX 3D scanning technology to capture millions of data points, creating a high-resolution "point cloud." If you’ve requested Reverse Engineering, our team then converts that raw scan data into a clean, editable CAD model (STEP/IGES) that is perfectly aligned and dimensionally accurate.
File Delivery & Part Return
We deliver your digital assets via a secure download link. Once you’ve reviewed the files and are satisfied, we securely package your physical part and ship it back to you. You’re now ready to prototype, manufacture, or archive your digital model!
